Tunisia aims to supply trained labor required by country’s economy

This assignment has the utmost importance

According to Lotfi Dhieb, Tunisian Minister of Employment and Vocational Training, the country’s government places a high premium on providing the trained labor force needed to support the country’s economic demands. This is reported by
Tunis Afrique Presse (TAP), a partner of TV BRICS.

The African Development Bank (AfDB) Board of Directors, led by Senior Adviser Laura Rovamaa Desmoulin, stated that the national reform program, development plan, and business climate improvement program all reflect this need.

Lotfi Dhieb also claims that efforts are being made by the government to counteract the informal economy. The genuine individual entrepreneurship system deployment in 2024 will make it easier for large employee groupings to move to formal employment.

This will assist in restructuring their operations and broadening the pool of people who can receive social assistance.
