The Future Aviation Forum will discuss issues related to air transport and the environment in civil aviation. Specialists and experts will analyse all aspects of creating advanced air transport.

The event is organised by the Kingdom’s General Directorate of Civil Aviation. Saudi Arabia aims to become a leader in the aviation industry and attract investments worth US$100 billion by 2030.

The Future Aviation Forum was first held in 2022. At that time, it was attended by representatives from 60 countries, which contributed to the signing of 52 agreements worth US$2,7 billion and 116 bilateral meetings.

The Riyadh Aviation Declaration was also adopted during the forum. It outlines six principles to help the industry move towards innovation and sustainable development by promoting global co-operation and identifying customer needs.

The signatories pledged to improve services and internal regulations, invest in innovation, as well as develop human capital and implement sustainable development projects
