Presidents of UAE and Egypt discuss expanding co-operation between countries

UAE and Egyptian Presidents Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Abdel Fattah al-Sisi met in Cairo to discuss co-operation in various fields. This is reported by
ANI, a partner of TV BRICS.
The countries are actively cooperating in economy, politics and other fields, the agency said. The leaders discussed the expansion of partnership in existing areas, as well as in those where work is still pending.
They expressed their keenness to hold continuous consultations and co-ordination between the UAE and Egypt on all issues that serve the countries’ common interests and contribute to enhancing stability and security.
The Presidents affirmed the strong ties and mutual respect between the UAE and Egypt, as well as the shared interest in further strengthening these relations.
Abdel Fattah al-Sisi hosted an iftar (evening meal in the month of Ramadan) in honour of the visit of the UAE President and his accompanying delegation.
