“Never again” says UN envoy to Syria on visit to Sednaya prison

Relatives of missing prisoners at Syria’s Sednaya prison expressed their anger during a UN visit on Monday, while the UN envoy to Syria hoped it marked the closing of a chapter in the country’s history.
