Ethiopian Prime Minister inaugurates first phase of Hawasa Corridor development
Abiy Ahmed, Ethiopia’s Prime Minister, has officially opened the first phase of the Hawasa Corridor development, which he says continues the urban development efforts initiated in Addis Ababa but offers a unique approach.
Features of the new project include wide pavements, dedicated bike lanes and the use of local modern lighting technology, which emphasises innovation and sustainability. This is reported by
