Etrebi proposed to “pay special attention to cooperation between Egypt and the BRICS alliance states, especially – in the field of the use of national currencies in settlements,” and in his position in the G20 – to promote “priority issues of Egypt and other countries,” namely guarantees of food and energy security and reform of trade, financial and monetary systems.
