Russian President Vladimir Putin sent a telegram of condolences to the President and Prime Minister of India Droupadi Murmu and Narendra Modi due to the loss of life in connection with landslides in the state of Kerala. “China has noticed the massive landslide in India and would like to express sincere condolences to the families of the victims as well as the injured, and wish the injured a speedy recovery,” Foreign Ministry spokesman Lin Jian told a daily news briefing.
