Brazilian Vice President to pay official visit to China
Vice President of Brazil Geraldo Alckmin will lead the Brazilian delegation to the 7th Plenary Session of the Sino-Brazilian High-level Partnership and Cooperation Commission (Cosban).
The countries intend to improve international cooperation in energy, currency, finance, trade, food security and critical infrastructure security to protect the stability of global industrial and supply chains.
Geraldo Alckmin recalled that 2024 marks the twentieth anniversary of this dialogue and the fiftieth anniversary of the establishment of bilateral relations. This is reported by

During his stay in Beijing, the Brazilian Vice President will attend a business forum organised by the Ministry of Industry, Development, Trade and Services, together with the Chinese Ministry of Commerce and the China Council for the Promotion of International Investment.
The meeting is expected to bring together 400 Brazilian and Chinese businessmen to discuss possible associations and celebrate five decades of ties between the two countries.
