Brazil wants to attract Saudi investors in the energy sector
A Brazilian company plans to attract Saudi investors to launch a US$600 million fund to support Brazil’s climate and energy sector.
The initiative is in line with both countries’ efforts to expand trade and investment relations. This is reported by
Arab News.
Experts note that the co-operation will be a great opportunity for Saudi investors in the Brazilian market. The partnership also supports Saudi Arabia’s strategy to diversify its economy, reduce carbon emissions and ensure food security.
The Latin American country also wants to attract capital for energy transition initiatives as well as agricultural projects.
