President Cyril Ramaphosa has highlighted the importance of collaborations among various levels of government to improve the delivery of basic services. He is addressing the Gauteng Legislature in Johannesburg ahead of a series of meetings with provincial government leaders.
Poor infrastructure, job creation and resuscitation of weak municipalities in Gauteng are set to be the focus.
Ministers and their deputies are accompanying Ramaphosa.
