Indonesia launches nationwide entrepreneurship training programme for MSMEs

The initiative will utilise more than 4,000 training centres

Indonesia has unveiled a large-scale entrepreneurship training programme aimed at supporting up to 10,000 micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) over the next three months. The initiative will utilise more than 4,000 training centres managed by central and regional authorities, as reported by
Vietnam News Agency, a partner of TV BRICS.

Leveraging existing infrastructure will significantly reduce costs and optimise the use of state resources. The programme is designed to be fully accessible, with no fees required for participation.

Manpower Minister Yassierli highlighted the importance of equipping entrepreneurs with the necessary skills to enhance productivity and business sustainability.

As part of the plan, the MSMEs Ministry will also contribute by providing access to specialised facilities, including co-production spaces and the Integrated Business Service Centre programm, to further support business growth and innovation.
