Ndivhuho Tshikovhi, one of the editors of the book noted that one of the key highlights is found to be social entrepreneurship in the BRICS countries, which significantly impacts economic development by addressing social issues while fostering economic growth.

“We find that social enterprises often create employment opportunities, helping to reduce unemployment rates. These enterprises introduce innovative solutions to social problems, promoting sustainable development practices. By focusing on inclusive growth, social entrepreneurship helps bridge the gap between different socio-economic groups, enhancing overall economic stability. Social entrepreneurs often work closely with local communities, leading to improved social infrastructure and services”
