There won’t be any shadows at noon in places that are directly under the sun, such as the southern parts of the United Arab Emirates. The Arabian Peninsula will experience shorter shadows at noon, with the Northern Hemisphere experiencing the shortest shadow overall.
The source states that there will be strong winds and generally dry conditions, with daytime highs of 41 to 43 degrees Celsius and nighttime lows of 26 to 29 degrees Celsius.
